Outside of binoculars does have a tacky feel to it. Perfect working condition. Comes with hard case foam cutouts, DC power adapter and Energizer AA lithium batteries. I have read of ways to clean it and make less sticky, but did not want risk damaging the surface binoculars.

Where the black is showing through gray, those are not scuffs, that where I've taken rubbing alcohol to try and remove tacky feel gray rubber.
