Both eyepieces rotate an there is a focus knob. When I looked through the lens, on right side, there seems to be a small black object around ring inside, did not want take it apart, believing could do damage. It has a metal case, which is very well built.

I am not familiar with the name Elite in binoculars. The optics are very clear. A sturdy case has the strap torn. It believe they go back a few years.

There are two cap covers for small lenses, not larger lenses.
