You are looking at a vintage binoculars made for United by the german company wetzlar. The glasses are as I found and have not tried to restore, beyond my skill level. The leather is good I used saddle soap and some conditioner on it.
The glasses are 8x30 with leather case. The lens are good glasses work some paint loss that can be seen in images.
