This pair does come in its original hard leather case, which the owner marked on inside with her name and city/state. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I see a few scuffs/scrapes on the metal housing, but nothing atypical. I took a lens wipe to both pairs of lenses and didn notice any massive gouges.
