It rattles around but doesn't affect looking through the binoculars. Has a nice case and eye piece cover. Look at all pictures closely for full condition. The second is there a piece of plastic inside the lens as seen pictured.

They look pretty good looking through, you just can't 100% clear it up since the 1 eye can adjust. They have been attempted to be taken apart by someone as seen pictured.
