Binoculars were in working order and good condition at time of pictures shipping we 0are selling as is. From my uncle estate, the binoculars were well used are look to be in worn condition with obvious signs of aging. I am including the case just because it is more collectible as such.

I will send them in the original case however did not fare as well. These binoculars are a great addition to either your collection or still usable as testament the durability of finely made product. They still focus nice and easy.
